At Meningitis Now we recognise that you may find it difficult to ask for help after someone close to you has died. We can provide you with information, guidance and support - helping you practically, emotionally and financially, anywhere across the UK.
Bereavement counselling - Counselling following a death from meningitis offers an opportunity to talk to someone who is experienced in listening to someone who is bereaved. This support can focus on the emotional trauma of the loss in your life and can help you to begin to make sense of what has happened.
Home Visits - by our team of local Community Support Officers in your area, offering you support and someone to talk to in the comfort of your own home.
Our Founder, Steve Dayman knows personally the impact of meningitis having lost his son Spencer to meningitis in 1982. He is always there for people to talk to on the phone or visit them at home. Just call him on 07903 412144 or email him at firstname.lastname@example.org.
A freephone helpline - 0808 80 10 388, giving immediate support by listening and answering your questions about meningitis and its life-changing impact
